What a game tonight! A buzzer beater-shot by Kevin Martin! Are you stunned now, Spurs? Just wait!
GO KINGS!

Damn. I only saw the first half of action and then promptly fell asleep. You would think the glow from my TV and the 5.1 surround sound would have kept me awake. But nope, I fell asleep. Ah well. If the Kings don’t win Friday at ARCO, color their season finished.
GO KINGS!
Dale Earnhardt Inc. will run special paint schemes on their cars at Talladega this weekend to celebrate what would have been The Intimidator’s 55th birthday. Personally, I really like this new paint scheme and think Jr. should run this more.
For the past four months I have had Santana’s new CD “All That I Am”. Never listened it until today. All I can say is wow – this CD is great! I just wish I listened to it months ago. One song in particular really touched me. It is a duet with Steven Tyler named “Just Feel Better”. It’s not too often a song gets to me, but the chorus really kind of got to me in a good, healing way:
I’m gonna try anything that just feels better
Tell me what to do
You know I can’t see through the haze around me
And I do anything to just feel better
And I can’t find my way
God I need a change
And I do anything to just feel better
Any little thing that just feel better
It is pretty amazing how good I feel these days. The haze is finally gone and I feel great about things in life. Mark my words – this will be a good 2006.
Damn. No Ron-Ron for Game 2. This better light a fire under the other Kings players to do *something*. It just seems like the NBA is acting more and more like NASCAR these days. They bend the rules for the darlings of the league, but the known “bad boys” are punished. Come on folks, the playoffs are physical. There was a hell of a lot more hitting than what Ron did. It’s just so frustrating. I’m really starting to believe the other Kings fans of a conspiracy.
GO KINGS.
I don’t remember seeing this commercial, but it sure does paint a picture of how devoted people are of their drivers!
Man, was that a pathetic performance by the Kings tonight. 122-88? Come on guys, you can do better than that.
GO KINGS
For quite a few years I have heard great things about the Casa Blanca restaurant in Eureka. Yet, I could never find it. Little did I know it was *behind* the Carson mansion. Tonight one of my buddies suggested it. I’m glad he did! Great food, good drink – Highly recommended.
Funny commercial. Definitely nothing you’d see here in America.
